acrylic painting workshop February 22 and March 1 2025

This workshop explores acrylic painting of seascapes and landscapes over two sessions and allows for an in-depth understanding of the process of image selection, composition such as structure, cropping and framing, value masses and design, extending into the second session with colour, brushwork and detail.

Participants can bring a photo for inspiration or use one of the many available in the studio. All materials are provided and a lovely morning tea gives a welcome break to the class.

This style of workshop aims to grow you as an artist and develop confidence for independent creating, whatever style you may venture into.
